We manufacture Red Lead Oxide Plant, which consist of a  Steel Fabricated Furnace Pot with top cover, inside a oil / gas fired furnace with Refractory fire Bricks. A heavy duty Stirrer is provided inside the furnace for the proper mixing and and reaction of the Oxygen with Oxide at required temperature to form Red Lead Oxide. The input raw material of the Red Lead Furnace is Barton Mill Lead Sub Oxide, which is used as input material for preparing Red Lead & Litharge Oxide.

The driving system for Stirrer of Red Lead Furnace is most important part of the Furnace, we have designed a very efficient & heavy duty Vertical Upward Three Stage Reduction Gear Box directly drived with motor for the application of rotating the Stirrer of Red Lead Pot. This type of Gear Box is the latest technology, with long life & maintaince free handeling. The out put of the Furnace is red in colour and thus called Red Lead Oxide which is collected in a tray & further processed into a Pullveriser for the proper mess & fine particles size.
